I met her at Indian Ranch in Webster, Massachusetts (I think in 1970).
She was just starting out and my mother was singing back-up for some of the more popular cowboy bands (I hated em all), anyway she was very polite and gave me a signed, yet unreleased copy of her new album. I'm not sure even if that album ever got released because my copy was the only one I ever saw. It was called simply "Jeannie Sings"

LOL, I met Jeanne Pruitt that day too and started wonderin "WTF, Is this Jeannie day or whut?"
She sang Satin Sheets that day...
Like I said "I Hate Cowboy music" But I can't help but to love a woman singing beautifully :-)
