My mother died on mothers day. After her burial I returned home pretty much in a shitty mood and with an attitude and this song came on.

It kind of crushed me because I heard something in it that I had never heard before but should have heard often.

My father had died back in 68 when I was young. I put allot of focus on that with all the time being that my mother tried to be a parent to me and I shrugged her off.

I heard that song and finally heard her pleading "I'm still alive" but only after she had died.
