Art of Ray 'Bubba' Sorensen

This came to me in an email from my very good and long time friend Lady Sasha. I'm not going to tell you where she's from because she's my friend and I respect her privacy but she is not from The United States Of America.

What made me feel good is that she still cares about our brave woman and men that have sacrificed so much that she took the time to send me this. I am not fond of out involvement out there under Bush's misguiding and lying rule of us for eight (too) long years. I am however hopeful for the safety of every man or woman sent there to fight and for them I have complete honor, love and respect.

Below is a copy of the email. I hope you can see what I saw in it...

I can't believe this was done by a teenager!
I can believe it, yes, there are more than a few thugs out there but there are many more nice teenagers than we ever hear about. We only hear about the bad, never the good.

There is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy. 25 in rural Iowa. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times. A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed.

It's quite an impressive sight. Be sure to scroll down and check out the multiple photos.(all angles) of the rock.

I thought the flag was draped over the rock, but it's not. It's actually painted on the rock too.

NOTE: You can click on any picture and see it full sized.

Here's the artist:

"AWESOME Work, RAY .
Thank you!"

"Pass it on."
