Farnam, Nebraska the way I see it...

I made this collage, actually just remade it for reason of interpretation.
It contains some symbolism , some easy to understand, some not so easy...
The name of this image is Entering Farnam Nebraska and noticing a few things. It is my own creation and I give it freely. This means you can have it for any reason you might want to use it for for free. Aspects of the symbolism I wouldn't ordinarily share. This exception has been made for reasons that you will never know, but I do have my reasons

I'll say just a little, the rest is mine...
The layers in the trees, they mean the depths of reality, the truest reality you will never see, but the layers you might.
The woman, her name is Princess Meme "Me-Me" or queen Meme or whatever. She earned that name by her actions... Holding all hands out and pleading "Me,me,me,me.... with all her desires.
Next is the devil puppet, He's the King, or at least he thinks he is. He's still only a puppet though.
Behind him is the cowboy. He yells "hee-har" and "Yippity-yi-ya", but he's just repeating from a script. He is also in other versions of this and others.

I should make this note right now.

NOTE: I have no respect for cowboys, Nazi soldiers or any other glorified murderer that chose to join up with a cause or agenda that intended on the destruction of a total race of man.
The very first Holocaust happened in America. Woman, children, babies, elderly, anyone and all of them slated to be killed by cowboys for the price of the value of their scalp? HUH?. The first death train ran on American tracks.

To honor a murderer, to celebrate the traditions, to parody yourself in costume to look like a murderer....
Where I come from if it looks like dog shit, tastes like dog shit, feels like dog shit and smells like dog shit then yer supposed to call it dog shit even if it aint really dog shit, but because someone decided to represent it that way.
Next is the sign, that was the first truth I heard out here and I heard it verified many times by many people with the phrase "we take care of our own".

The next one I call
"Village board meeting Farnam Nebraska"

This one I will not explain...

This last one is me, as I feel myself to be here. I am the Spirit of Cow-Punk!!!
"Please be patent, it might load slow"

CowPunk, This would be me, or at least I made it to be me.

    1. Its the hangman for Bush, Blair, Obama, Brezinski and all the duel nationality US/Israeli Zionist Neo cons that where behind 9-11 and all the recent wars.
    2. to let the elite gain the power they need, an army is needed. so what has to happen is: the soldiers themseves should just stop obeying! just like chaplin said in the movie "the great dictator".... when that happens, than world peace is near... since soldiers are too stupid to think for themselves.... there will never be peace and the elite will win.... get used to that and stop wining... or else, turn against the elite! although you know you are in grave danger by doing so.
    3. Well Russia can dig and bury the nuke underground then detonate it or high above the earth but you are right a hole would be better.

    5. Most of the people choose to defend, in an active or passive fashion, the current order of things mostly because of ignorance and comfort. People are taught since childhood to think and act only in their own personal best interest in order to aggressively seek power and material wealth, to bury compassion and any other normal human value. It is sad to see that too many people plan their lives like a business investment, accepting less and less time for themselves and their families.

    7. What an a hole.
    8. i knew this shit was gonna be crazy when the film started with star wars like ships and shit.
    9. I felt like that too, but I did it anyway....they know something is wrong...that is when they aren't keeping up with Hollywood or filing their nails! I shared it anyway and so should you!

Some of the truth about Nebraska's policies..(How they Steal children out of families)

Former HHS worker blows whistle on HHS tactics

This picture is mine. It was NOT included in the news article.

Published: Monday, February 14, 2011 10:57 AM CST
NORTH PLATTE - Tawnie Stewart was a caseworker for the state Child Protective Service but left the organization when, she claims, she was told to lie in court about one of her cases.

"That's when I quit," said Stewart, a caseworker for Health and Human Services from 1996-97. "I didn't like anything about it. I was supposed to be working for these mothers to help them get their children back, but I was being told to work against them. I worked with a case plan supervisor who wasn't familiar with cases, but would tell me what to put in it. But the last straw was when I was told I would have to lie on the stand."

Now Stewart is working with a mother who is locked in a battle with the Nebraska Health and Human Service Department to get her children back.

May Lynn Branson, a mother of two children ages 8 and 9, is locked in a dispute to determine if a foster mother in Broken Bow should get guardianship of Branson's children - a decision that could determine if Branson is allowed to see her children in the future.

Branson is supposed to have nightly telephone calls to her children, but phone records indicate the calls are completed only about six times per month. Branson said she is told by the foster mother that she has cell phone issues in her area, yet a check with the phone company indicates full coverage where the foster mom lives. The cell phone company states that no such issues should exist.

When the calls do go through, the foster mother listens on speakerphone. In one recorded conversation, Branson is heard to ask, "You have me on speakerphone again?" at which time the foster mother's voice rings out, "If you don't like, we can cut you off."

Child Protective Services came into Branson's life after a bruise was spotted on one of the children's legs at school. Investigators showed up at her doorstep and Branson, who has a mental disability, agreed to cooperate with requests to temporarily hand over her children.

Stewart said this is a standard practice.

"That's where they get you," said Stewart. "That's their tactics. They are told to tell parents like May Lynn that if they cooperate, things will go better, if not they will file criminal charges. Most people would be afraid at that point and the voluntary cooperation sounds easier, but in fact, it's better if you force them to pursue criminal actions. That way, they at least have to prove what they are saying. Otherwise, they can do what they want."

Workers trained to pressure parents, says whistleblower

Stewart said as part of her initial training, she was told, "Parents don't know their rights and you should take advantage of that by walking all over them," she said.

The Telegraph contacted the Health and Human Services Communications and Legislative Services Director Kathie Osterman for a response to Branson's case. Osterman was provided with these same details and after saying HHS would respond to what they could, did not meet a one-week deadline to provide a response.

Like Brandi Knutson's case (detailed in Saturday's story on the front page of the Telegraph), Branson was given a case plan to follow, but each time the goals of the case plan were met, the goals were changed, according to copies of the case plans. Branson has dealt with 10 different caseworkers over the last several months.

The children too have had a lack of stability, living with different foster families in different cities.

The final case plan written by Branson's current caseworker in December states, "Fair progress is being made to alleviate the causes of out-of-home placement."

Yet in the next paragraph, the caseworker recommends adoption.

Branson admits she needs to improve her living conditions. She said she is making progress with Stewart's help. She wants an opportunity to reunite with her daughters and fears a decision that could take them from her life until they turn 18.

Stewart has offered to become a guardian for the children and wants Branson to live with her and her husband. Branson's outcome will be determined by the court, but whether she has custody or not is the issue for Stewart, who said Branson certainly hasn't done anything to lose a relationship with her children.

"I've known these kids and May Lynn for a long time," said Stewart. "I have a relationship with all of them. She doesn't deserve to not have a relationship with her children. This has to stop. She hasn't done anything to deserve to have those ties to her children broken."

    My comments:

This is not me gloating or bragging that what I have been saying to has finally come out to light. I actually would have preferred that the situation had never come to the point that the D.H.H.S. or our local government or our legal system would feel the need to deceive us or manipulate our families using our children and with slander and with lies.

I'm sure that there was no great grandfather who planed for things to come to this by starting a political policy agenda generations ago. I am saying though that it has come to this and it did start generations ago. Part of the evolution process of any society is the ability to separate from the wrongs within it, to address that that needs to be dealt with as no longer working or as has been abused to the point that it now is causing us harm. I am very sure that the  core of the regulations began with noble intentions and that at the time they were a step in the right direction towards helping families find help, but then came the feeding frenzy. What was once good and designed to provide for those in actual need of was now being used by those with no need for it and those people sought ways to bring those policies further toward their desires to the point that they had begun now to use that safety net designed to help those in need instead into a trap that they now had full control of and now through their molestation of the process it has become a burden to all, including them. That is why I believe that they now feel that they must defend their tactics and usage of these policies with lies and corruption.

I am not happy over have seen any aspect of this because to me and in my head this too is a weight. I have the impulse to look away and ignore all of the traps and scandals, but I also have the God given responsibilities to educate the next generation in the best way available to me. In attempting to do so I am not allowed to simply look away, odd thing too is I am also not allowed to fight it. Any capitulation or involvement in these affairs would make me a willing partner to it in one form or another and guilt is non-proportional, there is no slightly gray area. If you have been a part of something, you yourself have chosen to become a part of a whole, in doing that you share the guilt of every other consenting partner to it. All I can do is teach from it, use the reflection of it as an example of it's function and the cause of it's outcome, with the hope that someone will be less inclined to play a future part in this kind of B.S. later on and eventually the situation will become exposed enough to the point that those who listened and learned will now have a say in a new beginning and an end to the old.

I know I was rambling, that's just me I guess.

Anyway, I have been sharing on this subject for about 6 years now in specific to The State of Nebraska, call it 32+ years if you want to include other related area's like The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I began my challenges with the birth of my son David King Rice around and about the year 1979 in a court battle seeking only visitation privileges with him, but through the lies and manipulations of the legal system and Department of Welfare System in Massachusetts I had to learn how to fight back against the Probate Court and the Social Workers and found no help in doing so. After being threatened with jail and other methods of discouragements I continued to fight to see my son and in the end I won full custody of him from both the Welfare System and his mother. The results of this were that I was the very first father to gain custody of a child out of wedlock in that state and following that court case tens of thousands of other fathers followed suit and based on my results received parental sharing rights that before my case were not even considered an option.

The reason I shared that with you is not as you would think it was intended. I also wanted to point out that during this whole process I was offered to join up with the already pending legal proceedings and work with them within that system of functioning reasonment. I opted out of that 100%, I told them that I would have no part in their priorly influenced actions, that this was my action to and not my reaction to anything they had already initiated. Still they offered and asked and pleaded, even to the point that they offered me a winning side of their situation. I laughed and told them to keep their stuff, because they owned it. After saying that I proved it too and that is how I think things need to be done. Meeting anything half way is also accepting half of the responsibilities for the situation. Accept None, unless you want to yourself become one within it.

For 6 years here in Nebraska I have shared a few things on here about the D.H.H.S. and policies. Here are some other links for you to look at if you are interested...
After looking at the others, I decided that they are not related directly, but look around because there are others on here somewhere that are...

    Nebraska's for sale again!

The following is some of the art work that I've been doing lately and posted on FaceBook. Following will be my explanation as to why.

Above are some of the variations featuring both the puppet and  goddess named (I suppose) MeMe. I'm actually not so sure of her name but the terms "Me, Me, Me..." and "Oh Me-me, pick Me. Me..." are used so commonly in everything out here, that I do think they have already gone so far past the point of expression that they are now more similar to phrases of worship.

MeMe is in there for that reason, next is the puppet and the depth. I tried to create the illusion of layers and depth and that's where the puppet relates. he looks forward (in his own eyes) towards MeMe, but actually, she's in the depths herself.

The several variations are because I still couldn't get this to bring out my expressed desires for it. I wanted everything to go deep into darkness, but I'm not that good yet. I might try it with oil if I can ever scrounge up the money for a new set.

The other picture is the King of Nebraska, the NebrasCow. He's the male gender form of MeMe, and he has his puppets too. The one to the left and behind him is his thoughtless, vague form of a henchman. Watching and listening, not even to what he hears but to watch the audiences reaction to what's being said. His other objective is to make sure the audience feels intimidated enough to if not agree and applaud to at least dare not to object openly on any of the matters presented.

Why would I be thinking this way?

Long story but here's part of it.

My son just won some major achievement awards and even though that should be only a time of honor and satisfaction. It wasn't taken that way by me. Other things came up in my mind, like the the pathway that he had to travel to get to this point and I am not so glad about those aspects of it.

I'll start out quick and try to remain quick about it, still some framework is needed here.

Out of respect for my son Only, no names will be used used in this,

My son was home schooled just about all of his life back in New England. As I began to get seriously ill I decided to move out here mostly because I thought they needed decent and honest schools to attend (I refused to allow them to go in New England over the racial issues, gangs and drugs). Upon entering school here he skipped either one or two grade levels, the differences between the two would be based on which two school districts you were comparing against out of four or\sixteen different combination scenarios. When he entered he had no experience in the school settings or the social aspects of it. He excelled anyway and in his first semester he began to climb very quickly up in the academics portion of his school work. In many ways he was well above those he attended classes with, if not all of them.

He worked hard and should have graduated with honors, everyone thought he had and that includes the schools own staff members, but that was stolen from him. My way of looking at it though is that Nebraska Sold Out, or a part of Nebraska was sold in that effort.

Talking with my sister the other night I mentioned that to her and we both agreed that it was more than a little cheap-assed punk for them to steal even points from a student, but when you live that way then that way is part of your living. The conversation with her on that topic ended with "Well now he did it even though they ripped him off and the funny thing is they settled too low on this one. They shoulda milked him some more because winnin a little start-up race for next to nothin is nothing like hittin the trifecta. They shoulda kept that bettin winda open for the real stuff...". Then we both agreed that they had done some good after all, they lost pride, he gained pride. They also taught him a little more about themselves and in doing so they have have shown him how good it really can feel not to be anything like them...

That can was opened up and another one. My daughter also moved out here and she was just turned seven years old. She had never in her life been out of the house much and had no experience with being ripped off, taken advantage of or socially abused either, but stupid me put her in that school we call "Society" out here.

Her first real taste of it was at church. At church they had a Soap-Box Derby race and the whole town was planning on going, so we talked her into participating. She used her big brothers car after prepping it and cleaning it up and she won. She did win but they would have no part of that. They made her race again later and she won again in the finalists round. Still she was not allowed to win against a "local", so they made her try again and she won again! Still the best they would allow her was a lie at tying at first place. Which, come to find out is actually less than not racing at all. Because as it stands now still is her participation in the (so-called) event is completed disregarded.

End of the topic is I don't care much for winning a battle with idiots or losing one. I sometimes think that those morons that go back to a battle field for any reason after the fightin is done have their own special version of a mental disorder.

I am glad my son succeeded, but I always knew he would. I'm glad he did it without them, even though they stole from him, but I wish he never had needed to be involved with them like that in the first place.

Last note, every time I look at Nebraska that depth grows deeper, the darkness surrounding it more dark and the puppets more and more like each-other...

[Happy News] Trained geese and a proud owner here.

This is from The Lexington Clipper-Herald news source and I got this off their page located [HERE]. I do recommend you go to the original post at that link and read this formatted as intended, those guys wrote it and presented it their way and this is not equal to theirs. I only share this stuff to lead you to it, not to take it from them.

It's a story of affection and a sort of bond created between the most unlikeliest combination I can think of. A pretty big rugged man and a bunch of cute little geese.

    Read on...

They started out as a 431-pound man and 13 baby geese

They started out as a 431-pound man and 13 baby geese walking down the sidewalk in Missouri Valley, Iowa.
Now, six years later, Paul Messerschmidt is down to 241 pounds, and his 11 geese are trained with voice commands and hand signals to follow him through the crowds at the Nebraska State Fair.

In 2003, Messerschmidt's doctor told him he needed to start walking for his health.

His kids, who were 15 and 18 at the time, were supposed to help him get his exercise, but they weren't.

"I had these babies," Messerschmidt said of the geese. "I took them down the street to embarrass my kids.

"It worked," he said with a laugh. "Amanda (his daughter) came home one day and said, People are talking about a fat man walking baby geese down the sidewalk.'"

When he first started walking with the geese, he could only make it about a half-block at a time. The next week, they made it a block, and they kept increasing the distance.

"It keeps me out of the hospital," Messerschmidt said of all the walking. He said he suffers from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic pneumonia.

That first year, Messerschmidt took the geese in a parade, just to see if he could win some prize money. He actually planned on having goose meat at the end of that year. But people took to them and him.

More and more people started asking him to bring his geese places. He has taken them to nursing homes, day care centers and schools.

Most of his appearances are generated by word of mouth. About three years ago, the poultry division at the Nebraska State Fair hired him to come by in hopes that he could become a main fair attraction. This year, he is walking around the grounds with his geese as one of many strolling acts.

Messerschmidt guides his geese through a series of nine voice commands, telling them to turn right or left, come or stop. They also know five hand commands, including one finger up as a warning if they are being contrary, and two fingers mean the "woodshed." And, yes, they have gotten "spanked" in public.

"Actually, they obey better than most children," he said.

He and his geese have walked 711 miles in six years, traveling to 417 towns for fairs, festivals or parades.

At the Nebraska State Fair, they walk about one and a half miles every day, so he figures they will have added 20 miles by the end of the fair.

This year, he will be going to 117 shows, which is less than the 168 last year because he has more multi-day fairs.

Messerschmidt often gets questions about "messes" the geese may make, but he said it is not a problem.

"If you don't feed them for six hours before, you don't have to clean up after them," he said. The geese get fed overnight, then usually don't go out walking until at least 11 a.m.
Paul Messerschmidt with one of them, I wonder which one it is. Click here to go to his site and read more about them.
They do get treats during the day and are particularly fond of soda pop. Mountain Dew is their favorite, followed by Pepsi. They don't like Coke or 7UP.

"They also like Mike's Hard Lemonade," Messerschmidt said with a laugh. "But they don't get drunk on it. It doesn't affect them."

The geese also occasionally get treats of Skittles, M&Ms and cotton candy.

It is the same group of geese that he started with. They are 6 years old now. He started with 13 geese but has lost two to illness and accidents.

"They imprinted together," he said, adding that he couldn't add in another goose at this point because they would attack it. "Although they have some sibling rivalry, they protect each other."

Messerschmidt said the protectiveness gets stronger when they are not "on duty." They seem to know that, when they get their outfits on, it means they are "on."

The geese are each dressed in a themed outfit, which changes each day. Monday was a baseball theme, but the geese also have outfits for NASCAR, evening gowns and tuxedos, and cowboys.

He saw the movie "Fly Away Home" and saw a scene where the birds were dressed up. Messerschmidt decided that he could do that, too.

The geese were only 6 months old when he started putting the little outfits on them, so they mostly stand still and let him. All except Crybaby, he still protests the clothes occasionally.

Besides Crybaby, there is Wrongway, Flyby, Petey, Little Droops, Mr. Books, George, C.C., Little Frankie, James Dean and Rocks.

Nebraska is #1, or something like that....

    Nebraska gets food-stamp bonus: <---*Wink-Wink, Snicker-Snicker, Grin...

I'm wondering what's wrong with that title, that concept, what it tells us all about the real mentality behind the concept.

I read this maybe more than a week ago and wanted to post it but needed more time to grasp it and really look at the representation, because that's exactly what it is.

If you don't like that term then call it a production, or a poem. You might even want to call it fishing bait, because it is all of those things above mentioned and even more.

It's sarcasm for the starving, mockery for the poor and those in need. It's insult on injury and it's praise for the subjugator.

Just the notion that the need to save on resources as in those that we need to have to survive with like food or access to food would be so great that our own government would use resources worth an even greater value to give as a reward to those who would use every method available to them to deny people of need access to those resources and then brag about it (obviously) to motivate others to follow with the hopes of receiving a similar reward just fucking blows me away.

When you read this bullshit you should put away all of your selfish pride, forget for a moment what your state in life is and try for a moment to see who these things really effect. Your food costs did not go down because of these tremendous savings. Produce costs went up.

In the last ten days where I am the price of lettuce went up from $.99 per pound to $1.49 and in local smaller markets $1.99 per pound. That's Over 50% (50.5%) to Over 100% more, Cheese has gone up from $1.29 to $1.69 per 8 ounce package and that's for the economy brand, that by the way equals $2.58 per pound up to $3.38, isn't that just over 31% increase?

That trend on produce equals a 35% increase in just 10 days or 105% in one month, even worse it could at this rate equal 420% in one year.

You think that's bullshit? Yea I do too, but what I don't see as bullshit is those prices did go up and they went up on the cheap stuff,  poor peoples basic foods, The staple foods. Potatoes are now over $1 a pound very often. So now we look for reasons, reward for excuses to deny people the ability the little bit of help from the safety net that they, their fathers and grandfathers created for them through through payment of taxes to fund these systems. Taxes not just on wages but taxes on everything from paying an honest bill for an honest service  (Read your tax charts). We all pay not only to use the phones, watch the TV, read a book, drink the water we also pay taxes for the option to do these things and in most cases we pay those taxes even if we don't use them. And now people are being paid $850,986.00 in cash to deny the most people possible access to not money but something worth much less than money. The ability to get only food enough to try to eat well enough to survive off of.   Remember, this is not gas, heating oil, water to bathe in, not toilet paper to clean your ass with or shoes to wear on your feet. It is nothing but a damn card good only for food!

No man can  be rated by how fair he treats his friends, every man treats his friend well to some degree, but man can be rated by how he treats those among him who he does not know because kindness traded is not kindness given. Also remember that no machine functions well without every single piece of it working together at one point or another even though some of those pieces of that machine cannot or will not ever be seen.

I was right. I couldn't write about this 10 days ago, still can't tonight either because I see right through it and it pisses me off to no end that the state of Nebraska is one of the wealthiest states in this country and it is being given a frigging pay-off reward for denying the most people food in this country.

    "Pffffft"

Following is a story written for punks by a punk with the intent to influence you into believing that people deserve to go hungry and people who support that opinion can expect to be rewarded in some way for adopting that attitude towards those seeking help.

After you read this do yourself a favor and see how much good it did you to see that these things are being done this way...

Lincoln people say that  Nebraska will get paid off an extra $850,986 in federal bonus Pay-off for what some people refer to as (not a quote, but an interpretation of a quote) for accuracy <--- *grin in  its Federally Funded food assistance program, state officials said Tuesday.
Nebraska  ranked highest in the nation for, as they say "correctly" denying benefits to households  under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known food  stamps. They also claim to be rated as the 5th best for correctly approving benefits, as they say.
(I wonder why the need for the redundant use of the word correctly was needed in the first place, sounds to me like "I did it right, really I did and I even did it right again....", sound like that to you too?
Last  month, the S.N.A.P. program in Nebraska distributed more than $20 million in  benefits and served about 165,500 <--- Wow, that's a whole $120 dollars and 85 cents a person for a whole months food, or  3 whole dollars and 90 cents a day each to eat off of., LOL, brag about two potatoes, 4 ounces of cheese and one whole medium tomato or a half a bag of white rice for each of these 165,500  people, more than half of whom were  older adults and people with disabilities {people who can't afford to complain).
Decisions have not been  made yet as to how to spend the loot money, says Jeanne  Atkinson, she's a well paid (I assume) spokeswoman for the Department of Health and Human Services.

Recent bonuses have been used to expand ACCESSNebraska, a program made to weaken human contact through the public benefits application process by using call  centers, online applications and personal electronic data storage. The Extra likely will probably be used for that program too, she implied or said.

Top South Carolina's prosecutor, others probing health care deal

AP – Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb. talks with reporters on Capitol
Hill in Washington, Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, following...

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The top prosecutors in seven states are probing the constitutionality of a political deal that cut a funding break for Nebraska in order to pass a federal health care reform bill, South Carolina's attorney general said Tuesday.

Attorney General Henry McMaster said he and his counterparts in Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, North Dakota, Texas and Washington state — all Republicans — are jointly taking a look at the deal they've dubbed the "Nebraska compromise."

"The Nebraska compromise, which permanently exempts Nebraska from paying Medicaid costs that Texas and all other 49 states must pay, may violate the United States Constitution — as well as other provisions of federal law," Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott said.

McMaster's move comes at the request of Republican U.S. Sens. Lindsey Graham and Jim DeMint of South Carolina.

In a letter to McMaster, Graham singled out the deal to win Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson's vote on the massive health care bill the Senate is expected to adopt Thursday. Nelson held out as fellow Democrats worked to get 60 votes to foreclose a GOP filibuster and the bill was amended to shield Nebraska from the expected $45 million annual cost tied to expanding Medicaid programs.

"We have serious concerns about the constitutionality of this Nebraska compromise as it results in special treatment for only one state in the nation at the expense of the other 49," Graham and DeMint wrote.

Nebraska wasn't alone in getting Medicaid breaks. Vermont, Louisiana and Massachusetts also got help with their programs.

Along with Texas, officials in Washington, Alabama, Colorado and Michigan confirmed they were working with McMaster.

North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem said he wasn't sure what could be done while the federal legislation remained under debate. Officials in the other states did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Meanwhile on Tuesday, Tennessee's Republican Senate Speaker Ron Ramsey called for his state's attorney general to investigate the deal.

Ramsey, McMaster and Michigan's Mike Cox are running for governor in their states.

"Whether in the court of law or in the court of public opinion, we must bring an end to this culture of corruption," McMaster said. The negotiations "on their face appear to be a form of vote buying paid for by taxpayers," he said.

McMaster is encouraging a South Carolina citizen to step forward to sue to challenge the measure if it is signed into law. "We'll assist anyone to the extent that we're able," McMaster said.

Also Tuesday, U.S. House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., said Republicans need to stop complaining about deals their colleagues made.

"Rather than sitting here and carping about what Nelson got for Nebraska, I would say to my friends on the other side of the aisle: Let's get together and see what we can get for South Carolina," Clyburn said.

For instance, Clyburn expects states will get more help covering Medicaid expansion costs. Critics say the federal government's coverage of 91 percent of those future costs will disappear, leaving states with huge holes in their budgets. Clyburn says the legislation the federal share should be 95 percent, with states picking up no more than 5 percent.

South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford said the federal legislation is "well intended," but called it "fundamentally flawed in the same way the stimulus efforts were in that the states and the taxpayers are left footing the bill."

Sanford this spring was the nation's only governor to take a state legislature to federal and state court to block federal stimulus money.

        Nebraska Scam and greed

These idiots run the worst newspaper in the country. The writers save ink like a grandmother that only owned one pen in her life. They are so commercially vague it's in insult to any opposing fact. I can't believe they even sell this crap and now they are trying to sell the notion that everyone needs to donate money to the wealthiest farmers in the nation. These farmers by the way say they have to buy a brand new vehicle every year to avoid taxes. They don't live in towns, they live on what is called "rural land", this means they don't even pay the taxes we pay for some things. I think if they want to irrigate they can and should pay for it. I'm getting sick and tired of the little guy being forced to kiss a fat ass!

Farm Bureau Says Irrigation is Important to Nebraska

The Nebraska Farm Bureau says the entire state benefits from the irrigation farmers use to raise bountiful crops, so everyone in the state should pay part of the cost of water-management programs.

Farmers and ranchers attending the Farm Bureau's convention in Kearney voted to encourage the state to seek funding from a variety of sources as it deals with its water problems.

Nebraska has used more water than allowed in recent years under the three-state Republican River compact, which includes Kansas and Colorado.

Nebraska has more irrigated acres than any other state, and people outside the state's metro areas complain that urban residents don't understand irrigation's importance to the state's economy.

Man wounded by officer files claim against bar and city

Published: Wednesday, November 25, 2009 10:22 AM CST
The attorney for a man who was shot by an off-duty police officer outside an Omaha bar has filed a claim against the bar and the City of Omaha.

Attorney James Martin Davis said the officer, 14-year veteran Calvin Harper, wasn't justified in the use of force against his client, 20-year-old Armondo Butler.

"This cop shoots my guy, who's permanently crippled now, and (Butler) wasn't doing anything at all," Davis said.

The president of the Omaha police union said the police investigation into the incident should be allowed to take its course.

"These things are often complex," Union President Aaron Hanson said.

It all started when Armondo Butler and his brother, Adrien Butler, 28, were at Cheaters bar, 3929 Farnam St., on Saturday night.

Armondo Butler has said members of a family who hold a grudge against Adrien Butler confronted the brothers in the bar about 12:15 a.m. Sunday. Armondo Butler said he and his brother walked outside and hurried to an SUV to drive away.

A witness said she saw someone throw a bottle into a crowd outside the bar before getting into the SUV. In addition, a window of the bar was broken around the same time.

On Tuesday, Adrien Butler was booked at the Douglas County Jail on suspicion of criminal mischief. Police say he was responsible for breaking the bar's window.

As the brothers drove off, Armondo Butler said, he saw a police officer point a gun at his SUV and fire at least four shots. One shot hit Butler in the left leg, shattering his kneecap and forcing him to pull over a few blocks away.

Butler also sustained nerve and tendon damage in the shooting, Davis said.

Omaha City Attorney Paul Kratz, who wasn't commenting on the specifics of this case, said Tuesday that it's not clear-cut whether the city could be held liable for an off-duty officer's actions.

"If the off-duty officer is engaging in activity enforcing the laws, then there might be some city liability," Kratz said. "On the other hand, if he's protecting the property he's working for, there likely would not be any city liability.

"You have to look at the facts of the particular situation and make a decision based on that."

Hanson, the union president, said officers first must gain the police chief's permission before working anywhere off-duty and in uniform.

"A police officer working in uniform for an off-duty employer may have to instantaneously transition to police-officer mode, given the situation," Hanson said. "That's obviously the situation very similar to what happened here."

Under state law, he said, police officers cannot stand idly by when they perceive that a violent crime is occurring.

"These police officers have an obligation to try to protect the public," Hanson said.

Acting Omaha Police Chief Alex Hayes said Monday that police must both protect the public and follow the rules that govern officers' use of their weapons. Harper has been placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation into the incident.

The other officer working off-duty at Cheaters was Randy Szemplenski, who was briefly placed on administrative duty.

Hayes said Tuesday that detectives have determined Harper fired seven shots: four into the SUV, one in a telephone pole, one that broke a window of a nearby apartment and another that can't be accounted for.

The investigation into the incident includes the department's homicide and internal affairs units.

Davis said he wants Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine to look into the shooting and, possibly, charge the officer. "No man is above the law," Davis said.

Kleine said Tuesday afternoon that his review of the matter was a given -- it's a normal part of the investigation into such incidents.

Asshole only got 100 days in jail. pffft!

Man Sentenced for Sexual Assault of Girl
        Lincoln
A former Lincoln Public Schools bus driver has been sentenced to 100 days in jail for inappropriately touching a 17-year-old special-needs student.

David Kraegel, 64, was sentenced Wednesday in Lancaster County Court. In August, he pleaded no contest to third-degree sexual assault.

Police say Kraegel was dropping off the girl in June when a couple in the area saw Kraegel and the girl embracing. The couple told officers they boarded the bus and asked the girl if she was OK. Kraegel said he had been helping the girl crack her back. The couple called police.

The girl told authorities that Kraegel had kissed and touched her.

        Reality check.

I hate being beaten or tortured but I have pride.

I've been in an ongoing fight with Dawson County for a couple of years now.

They seem to think they can break me but they cant because I really don't see what their efforts can produce except to show their intentions.

Not like I haven't done time in jails and prison. I have and I make better friends behind the walls than on these streets. I have no self pride that they can touch upon. I have only one intention and that's to live or die with self respect. They can't crush that.

I came here, bought houses, paid full in cash but they have a scam. You buy the home and they take it! "pffft..." Kill me first asshole!

Nothing about anything matters to me anymore. I have said my prayers and layed down several times to die willingly in the past year. What more can I show them? I am willing to meet God. They think a spanking will change me?

I will be me because I am honest in everything, they will be them because they connive, lie, cheat and steal. I think my God is better than theirs and that's where my faith lays.

Not a thing I can do about a thief stealing or an opportunistic asshole's lies, but I can and will be me.

        Blessings for the Assholes.
        Fucking-Dave!

Assholes need blessings and help, honesty evades them.

Superior High School Teacher Fired; Relationship Questioned

In the Nebraska news today, this was taken from 1101Now.com from Lincoln, Nebraska [HERE]

        Superior, Nebraska
A Superior High School business teacher and coach has been fired after district officials questioned his sexual relationship with a recent graduate.
        Reporter: Associated Press
        Email Address: desk@1011now.com

A Superior High School business teacher and coach has been fired after district officials questioned his sexual relationship with a recent graduate.

The firing of 30-year-old Ryan Koenig came early Wednesday morning after a marathon meeting by the Superior Board of Education. The board voted 6-0 to cancel the contract of Koenig, who was the school's head football coach, girls' basketball coach and assistant track coach.

Koenig's lawyer confirmed that Koenig was in a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old girl who graduated in May. But Koenig says that relationship did not begin until five weeks after she graduated.

School officials also say Koenig had been questioned about comments made to current students and text messages sent to one student after 11 p.m.

My note: One thing I hate about news here is the vagueness in the way it is presented. If it is news then use some ink on it, don't be cheap with the ink or writing skills Mister Reporter Man. Reading is sposed to be interestin, not flat-liner hospital bed readin.

Farnam, Nebraska -UFO Files - Cattle Mutilations-

        Interesting, huh?

        More on Chemtrails.

To date no information from the USA has been released as to what they are doing or why they are doing it but almost daily I see from 4 to 7 and sometimes 9 jets up there myself. As mentioned below these man-made clouds do not move. Instead they thin out to cause a single larger one piece cloud covering that resembles a haze covering a large portion of the sky. I heard once (when fuel was much less expensive) that it can cost $250 or more per hour to keep a single jet up there so even to justify the added expense of this project I think we deserve answers.

Another point to consider is the old saying "what goes up must come down". I am in Dawson County, Nebraska. Nebraska is still one of the wealthiest states in America and Dawson is one of the richest in the state. This is due mainly to the farming industry. We supply pretty much all of America with our produce and meat processing. The beef on your table has been raised and fed with the fallout from these man-made clouds> You yourselves are eating and feeding your family whatever it is that they are spraying up there daily and by the ton. I guess it's true that nothing ever gets fixed until it's been broken, but why in hell would anyone ever want to break our while food supply???

Nebraska, Pedophile capitol of the nation???

This is a copy of a documentary which was pulled out before being broadcast on the Discovery Channel and deals with pedophilia in a institution for orphans, "Boys Town, Nebraska", with involvement of high figures of U.S. Political Establishment (Congress). The quality is pretty bad, I'm sorry, but that's the only version I have, and I believe its still watchable.

(That was a quote from original post.)

Following is a quote from opening sequence of the film. The film will be posted in the bottom of this post after I'm done addressing my intentions on the topic.

"On Tuesday May 3rd 1994 this program was scheduled to air on The Discovery Channel.

Influential members of the congress applied pressure to stop the airing of the program and destroy all copies.

It was already listed in the April 30th-May 6th issue of TV Guide and newspaper supplements.

The Discovery Channel and Yorkshire Television were reimbursed the 1/4 to 1/2 million dollars production costs.

THIS IS THE PROGRAM THEY DIDN'T WANT YOU TO SEE"
