Heal and protect your liver the natural way.

5 Natural foods that can both help your liver do its job and cleanse it to help it to heal itself.
o-LIVER-HEALTH-facebook

Your liver is like the maid of your body, cleaning up all the toxins you put into it, and therefore keeping all internal systems running smoothly. The modern diet, environmental pollutants, and our increasing dependence on toxic personal care products have put our livers on serious overtime.

How to Clean Your Liver with 5 Natural Liver-Cleansing Tips For this reason, it’s important to know how to clean your liver thoroughly and effectively – oh, and naturally.

Your liver works to cleanse the blood and remove toxic substances that we’ve eaten, inhaled, or rubbed on our bodies.

When it is overworked—as it is in many modern adults—or when you are under a significant amount of physical or even mental stress, your liver can struggle to keep up.

“The thousands of enzyme systems that are responsible for virtually every body activity are constructed in the liver,” explains Dr. Karl Maret, M.D. “The proper functioning of the eyes, the heart, the brain, the gonads, the joints, and the kidneys are all dependent on good liver activity. If the liver is impaired from constructing even one of the thousands of enzyme systems the body requires, there is an impairment in overall body function and a resultant greater metabolic stress on the individual.”

How to Clean Your Liver – No Products Required

So, what can you do about it? Well, you could try a quality liver detox supplement, or you could use some items found at your local health food store, your grocery store, or even some that are already in your kitchen. Here is how to clean your liver with 5 common food items.

     1. Warm Lemon Water - Warm lemon water is a great way to detox your liver every single morning. This isn’t lemonade, so don’t add sugar or anything else. Just purified water and a healthy dose of fresh lemon juice. Some experts, like author A.F. Beddoe who wrote the book Biological Ionization as Applied to Human Nutrition, also believe that the liver produces more enzymes in response to water with lemon than to any other food.
Bio-Garlic12
     2. Garlic - Add some garlic to your cooking or thinly slice a clove into your next salad. Garlic contains sulfur compounds that can help activate enzymes in the liver. It contains allicin and selenium, which are both good for liver protection.
avocado
     3. Avocados - As if you need another reason to add avocados to your diet, a Japanese study found that avocados contain compounds that can protect the liver from damage. When compared with 21 other fruits, avocados had the most promise in protecting the liver from galactosamine, a “powerful” toxin that has been shown to produce a liver damage much like human viral hepatitis.
cilantro__81786.1303443550.1280.1280
     4. Cilantro - This versatile herb can be added to just about any dish, including salads or smoothies. This herb can help remove heavy metals from the body, something your liver could be struggling with right now.

turmeric
      5. Turmeric - Another powerful spice with a long list of benefits, turmeric is said to not only protect the liver from damage, but also encourage regeneration of liver cells. In addition, it increases natural bile production and aids in keeping the body toxin-free.

The Truth About Our Little Drug War

Don't look for links or verifiers here, yer on the internet and I'm pretty sure yer smarterin me, so look it up yerself.

So this is how I see it all from my time looking into it.

We Never sold each other drugs, the drugs were sold to us.
Our Government started playing with drugs before prohibition and they created our society.
They educated the world with lies, claiming 12 year old kids were making LSD, THC, and bathroom speed using Sears chemistry sets. Any fool alive knows that can't be true.
Those drugs were more than given to us, they created a culture around them to drag us in.

Why?

Well, society was beginning to see some changes in wealth and in honesty. Groups were coming up everywhere with new standards that scared them. They knew they couldn't kill every smart Black man or Puerto Rican. Instead they used propaganda, drugs and lies to discredit them.

They took it so far that all we ever heard on the news was how they kill each other, rob us and rape our woman, if there ever was time to hear more they filled us with fears even about ourselves and even that wasn't the end.

We all ended up being judged by ourselves and everyone around us, but we weren't doing our drugs. We were using the drugs they put on our streets.

Yer Fukkin President Clinton brought most of the Cocaine into America and almost ruined 2 generations of people. NBC, CBS, Fox TV and Turner put us against the cure and caused a fear amongst us that in our own lives might never end.

They built Millionaires and court systems and laws on all that shit, but those lies gave us nothing. They were using it themselves only for themselves to own us.

What is owned?
Try probation, parole and endless debt to court rooms, cops and jails. That's real debt.
Try losing your children to them to have them trained to live like you did. Always in debt to society and the lies of the laws that rule.
What is debt, when there are the cures but outlawed because the system owns you and you live long enough to give it all but then you die when they are done with you.

Hepatitis C Did Not Exist in 1979, there was Hep-A and Hep-B and Non- A,B but that wasn't enough.
I lived in Los Angeles back then and they would pay you $400 to $700 a month to have the new Hep-C so you could be studied and I guess die. A lot of homeless people made sure they got it so they could do better than living on the streets.

The Federal Triplicate Script passed to stop people from getting drugs legally, in fact it went down that way to make everyone outlaws and force them to use street drugs.

Look up Noriega and the arms exchange deal, that's where yer street heroin  came from. While yer at it look up Oliver North. George Jung was working for our government!

Next deal, when yer watchin yer faggot Hollywood Bullshit look into what you see.
The Medillin Cartel worked for America, so did Frank Lucas and then those assholes put films about them glorifying them (why would they want to do that?), those drugs were brought in by The United States Army and Marines, not him and that was the "Arms for Contra Affair".

The reason that they put up this staged bullshit was to seduce people into selling drugs, so they could own their lives later.

I am tired of telling people, tired of knowing this shit and when it does burn yer fuckin lazy ass you only got what you deserve!!!

I quick music vid made using Winamp, Milkdrip 2 & WebCamMax

I made a video tonight using Winamp, MilkDrop Visualizations (It comes bundled for free with the free current version of Winamp), and I recorded it with  WebCamMax.

One thing you should know about most screen capturing software is that with just about every program I've used you can not record internal sound from your sound card. What I always ended up doing is record the video and then overlay the sound track onto it. WebCamMax allows you to use systen sound and that's good because of syncronization between the sound and scenes.

I did this quick version to show you what you can do with next to no costs. I didn't make a production out of it. I just kept it simple and basic.

This is Danielle Dax playing The Evil Honky Stomp.

The English Language is a sham!

The English Language is a sham!

Really, the English language as used (or manipulated) in America is not exactly what you think it is.

It started out spelled just as it sounded. There were many dialects, accents and local expressions, but with the invention of the Gutenberg press (In 1450 Johannes Gutenberg made his first printing press) all of that came to be standardized and natural spelling somehow not good enough for educators or those who publish.

They didn't change anything about the way the word was spoken from one place to another, they just demanded that everyone adopt their ways and spelling.

From the first time I had heard about that process I found I was disappointed. I never liked conformity, I disliked it even more to see that it could dominate a whole nation. That a few could decide over the rest.

One passion I have always had is reading. I have always enjoyed books written in the 1400's through mid 1500's. The thing I honored most in those reads was the fact that you don't read the word. You read the voice that wrote the work.

That was the beginning of the cultural rip-off that people just wallow through. The second was media.

Starting around 1970 television and radio stations started joining together and later affiliated.

Still up until around 1974 there remained a great deal of local programming on both ends and people watched news anchors deliver their news in their own style of speaking.

Next came the network broadcasters and they slammed it all to the wall. They began to dictate "proper" sounding English. That was the beginning of "fake it or get out".

I remember ordering an ice cream in Florida back when they still had their beautiful accents The woman at the counter asked me "Waont sprainkles owenit?", I asked "What", she asked again "Waont sprainkles owenei't?" I asked what again and she pointed at the chocolate jimmies and yelled "sprainkles-sprainkles-sprainkles!". I smiled and said, "No jimmies please" and tried not to laugh because she would have taken it the wrong way. I wanted to smile though over just hearing her beautiful voice.

Okay, to cut that short. Right now, where we are it's nothing but cheap fad expressions. The Good l' Days when you went a few hundred of miles away people had their own expressions, opinions and to some extent culture. There were opinions then too. Opinions based on local social issues and local views on national issues.

Now there is nothing but recycled crap handed down from prime-time TV script writers and actresses and actors that we all know have exactly no morals or cares for anything except their own images and the sparkle of being idolized. I swear sometimes a lot of people only watch news to get an opinion that won't make them stand out and learn what the new catch phrases will work the best at social gatherings (mini-sparkles and fractional idolization).

Honestly, I don't and won't ever know how to write, not unless I could do it my way and that will never be accepted. Still I hate trends, I hate people that look for other people to steal from or share opinions with.

Actually I hate bullshit and if it aint coming outta yer mind it is pure bullshit by the time you spit it out.

Why did I write this post anyway?

Because I know of a site made by Michael Hart (RIP September 2, 2011). In 1971 he was asked to help put the internet together or help make it have some usfulness for the common person. He was given $100,000,000 (One-Hundred-Million-Dollars) worth of time to use the internet [More info], and he wanted to make his contribution worth something.

So he thought and thought and thought it over and he decided to make what was actually the very first computer virus.

He typed in the full Declaration of Independence and sent it out to every person he could on the internet at the time. He had reasoned that if he sent out 1000,000,000 copies of it then each would be worth at least $1 and in that he would have earned his money honestly.

Soon, as things picked up and the internet started becoming known to all walks of life he decided to move forward and from there he started Project Gutenberg.

I found that site more than 12 years ago while looking for books from 1400-mid 1500's and I still love browsing through it like a library. They now have over 38,000 FREE ebooks that range in everything to everything else. Some of my favorites are the old "The Boy Mechanic" by Popular Mechanics (get those in pdf, not txt files if you want to see the actual pages with illustrations), The 1887 version of  the White House Cookbook, The Dreamers Dictionary (10,000 Dreams Interpreted) by Gustavus Hindman Miller and the early non-fiction books that contain a few of the undiluted facts about our past.

Sorry I ragged on like that, but I doubt anyone will read this anyway.
Here's the link to a shit load of free and legal ebooks and pdf's...

Hemp Oil & Foods, with Augustine & Wirtshafter (Complete Film)

Hemp Oil & Foods, with Augustine &  Wirtshafter (Complete Film)
47:53 - 4 years ago
Dietician Mary Beth Augustine,R.D. compares nutritional characteristics of Cannabis Hemp seed oil, rich in EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids)necessary to a healthy diet, with other healthy plant oils. Then Don Wirtshafter, founder of the Ohio Hempery and co-author of the first Hempseed Cookbook, tells benefits to the economy and environment from hemp agriculture. Don then hands out hemp food samples to the audience at the 2002 Cannabis Therapeutics Conference in Portland, OR. Hosted by Patients Out of Time. DVDs are available.  [See my notes below if you're interested.]

This film starts out with aspects on parenting and hemp seed oil as a nutritional supplement for babies??

Did I just say "babies"? I think I did because they did..

The topic moves quickly into common health issues involving coeliac disease, other food tolerance issues and nutrients like magnesium, calcium, potassium and high in fiber.

Later the speaker offers some of the ways in which hemp has been proven to heal, cure and releave the symptoms of many illnesses or conditions.

When I say  "releave" please don't assume that this is about making feel better of comforting the person by masking the symptoms.  In the case of physical illnesses they are talking full remedy and cure. The comfort offered by lessening the amount of discomfort I believe they are talking about mental illnesses.

I can't go into every detail of it because next to the speaker I know nothing.

This is a well done presentation, very in depth statements of the facts. There's no emotional tagging done and I usually prefer just the facts anyway (seduction belongs in the bedroom).

If you are interested in the data available related to hemp as a beneficial option that we should be allowed to use this is a good place to start!

My "Linksys" experience and fantastic fix all done the hard way...

This all started out with my second computer and continued onto the point where I had 4 or even 5 online all the time sharing the connection.

At first there was one family share computer but after just two weeks in that kind of hell I decided we needed at least two online. That did nothing but add to the fighting because instead of four people fighting with one all at once for the computer there were now three fighting with two all at once and all the time.

If you do the math then you'll count person A fighting over a computer with persons B, C, D & E. That's just four constant fights, and adding a computer should cut that fighting down 40 to 50%, but it didn't because of a few errors in my reasoning. One thing I had never considered is that people can and will fight with two people at the same time, another was people have legs and can move quickly from one computer to another and back and forth and back and forth endlessly. So now I had person A fighting with persons C, D & E, and I also had person B fighting with persons C, D & E for now two computers. Instead of four ongoing and endless fights I now had six. Now to fix even that I bought three more computers, 5 matching N.I.C. cards and a shit load of wire with the connector pliers and ends kit and a four port networking hub.

I bought all NetGear pci lan cards (to make configuration easier and this screwed up left and right. Turned out I had to manually reset the 10/100 lan cards down to 50 MB, or 1/2 the speed and still the hub acted up on me. No now after 75 plus hours in two weeks going over and over I threw out the NetGear hub and bought a LinkSys. This helped a great deal but one computer had to take turns at being offline and the damn wires were getting moved all around everywhere. So.... I called those great folks at TigerDirect and they helped me go wireless.

I couldn't find the picture of the actual wireless pci cards I bought but I think they were the G50 series and they were great except those antennas sucked and kept falling off of every one of them.

More on the fix after I explain these damn pictures. I need to do it this way because I'm already confused myself and this might be the best way to tell you about my solution.

(This one looks similar to my LinkSys card except the
antennea was much more flimsy and cheaper quality.)

(This antenna is similar to the ones on mine. Note the
three movable joints where it connects because there
is
also a 4th that moves directly where it is attached)

(This is my first wireless router, this thing was awesome. Even
with the antennas busted off I got a great signal anywhere over
4 acres and across from one house to my other one, in my work
shop and garage. I lost that one when my house burnt down last
February and replaced it with a*cough-Cough "better one"

(This is my better one. I got it at Walmart for only $79. I knew
I paid high for it but I bought it mostly because LinkSys had
treated me so well for more than the last 12 years. I thought
I knew I could trust them, but this time LinkSys told me to pay
them for support or go F**K myself, so I just gave the piece of
crap away for free and bought a better NetGear from TigerDirect
for "get this..." $20, and brand new too...)

Now the last of this story and the fix-it tip...

All of my LinkSys cards had broken antennas. Soldering pieces of wire wouldn't help, nothing worked until tonight.

I took a broken female power connector from a plug for a CD-Rom drive and cut it off my power supply. It turned out not to be soldered, only crimped on to the wire (possibly why it broke to begin with) and noticed that I had potentially both the female and male ends still on the single piece of connector, I also noticed that the inside diameter of the male end was hollow, rigid and almost the exact inside diameter as the pci cards antenna feed wire so that it would make a perfect plug on female attachment to join onto that very short piece of wire and deep enough to grasp it firmly almost the whole length of it. The other end of that clip was the real female connection end designed to connect to the power in to the CD-Rom. It also fit firmly to about a 12" ling piece of tightly twisted speaker wire. I stripped the whole length and soldered it into the connector and had a decent antenna but it was flimsy and begging to short out on some part of the chassis. So to cure that I wrapped the wire around a length of silver solder wire and this allowed me to bend it and form it in any direction to keep it safely away from any ground. Next I hooked it up and fired up the PC expecting I had wasted my time and feeling foolish but that's not what I got outta the deal. I'm running a steady connection speed of 100.0 Mbps, Packets both sent and received verify that it is not giving stats on the network but on the connection to the internet only (other reason I know is because only my motherboards lan card is networked, not the wireless on this machine

Short version is I have a steady increase of 91% in actual counted transfer value (LOL), I checked it three times on calculator and once in my head. Came up with 50% using whole count using even numbers reduced and then only odd fraction left, then with remainder reflecting 41%, both combined came to 91%. Sounds like a strange math technique but for over 30 years that method has shown near complete accuracy in figuring concrete, volume, costs combined and almost undefinable general mass equivalents.

How to Make A Homemade Chicken Incubator

the text:
"A possible solution to a major problem.

We started off with a dozen "supposed" fertile eggs. Several began to develop but only one made it to Day 18.

On Day 14, thanks to youtuber Ceciliaboo, we added 15 additional eggs to the incubator with our lone survivor.

This was great news for the team, but bad news for the eggs. On Day 18 (Today) the egg is not to be turned and the humidity level is to rise dramatically. However, this would have a negative effect on the eggs that were just placed in the incubator. Either, the lone egg would make it and the new batch would die, or vice-versa.

SO. Saturday night I had an epiphany.

I woke up and drove back and forth from Lowes to Wal-Mart and to the school. I assembled a home-made chicken Incubator! I thought it was a silly idea, but it just might work.

The lone egg will be placed here with the humidity level jacked WAY up. He can hatch and poop all over the place and the other eggs will not be affected. I may even make this into my permanent Hatcher.

The temperature was soaring pretty high the last time I checked so lets just hope that this works.

By the way, I cendled all of the 15 eggs and it looks as though ALL of them are fertile and small veins are already developing.

Wish us luck!!!

And keep your fingers crossed for the lone egg. His birthday COULD be April 23rd. "
